“Lean” Gentini Joins Tasting Table’s Panel of Culinary Experts

I’m proud to announce that I have been selected as a culinary expert for Tasting Table, one of the leading digital publications covering food, restaurants, cooking, and culinary culture.

Tasting Table introduces me as the world’s first International Meat Sommelier, recognizing my work as a Wagyu Master, international educator, steak judge, and advocate for responsible meat consumption.
This recognition represents another important milestone in a journey that began in Argentina and continued through years of study, international travel, and hands-on experience across the global meat industry. From studying meat sciences and trades in Buenos Aires to expanding my knowledge of Wagyu in Japan, my mission has always been to help people understand meat through education, provenance, quality, sustainability, and respect for the product.
Through this new collaboration, I will share professional insights with Tasting Table’s readers, helping them make better-informed decisions when choosing, preparing, and enjoying meat.
