Once you pass through the charming brick arch, you're greeted by the subtle scent of wood smoke, setting the stage for an extraordinary culinary experience.
FORNO is a true hideaway for beef lovers, offering a cozy and intimate atmosphere perfect for late-night dining. The place may be small, but the chef's professionalism and passion for beef are enormous!
FORNO offers both a fixed-course menu and an à la carte menu with more than 20 incredible dishes. This flexibility is great for those who might not have the appetite for a full set course. You can savor meat from Maeda Farm, Tamura Beef, and brand beef from Tottori Prefecture, all grilled to perfection.
My experience was that I started ordering à la carte, but the dishes were so delicious I ended up trying almost everything on the menu! Next time, I’ll definitely go for the omakase kaiseki course.
As mentioned before, this steakhouse specializes in grilling with wood. The smoky flavor added to each dish is amazing! To ensure the aroma doesn't overwhelm the dining area but still enhances the experience, the chef cooks in front of customers behind a transparent glass. This setup allows you to enjoy the sights without any overpowering smells.
