I had the extraordinary pleasure of dining at Okadamae, a steakhouse crafted by the visionary Chef Kenichiro Okada-san. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this was no ordinary dining experience—it was a masterclass in Wagyu culinary excellence.


Chef Okada is renowned in the culinary Wagyu world, and it's easy to see why. His reputation as a "rock star" in the Wagyu world is well-earned, not just for his culinary prowess but also because he literally plays in a rock band (and he's alos very talented, by the way). This unique blend of talents makes Chef Okada a true rock star in every sense.


Okadamae seamlessly blends traditional Japanese techniques with modern flair, creating a dining experience that is both innovative and deeply rooted in the rich traditions of Japanese cuisine. One of the highlights is Chef Okada's dedication to sourcing the finest Wagyu from all over Japan. Each dish features the best Wagyu varieties.


The restaurant is reservation-only, ensuring an exclusive and intimate dining experience. The course menu includes Wagyu beef charcoal-grilled in a Spanish-made pot, among other exquisite dishes.
