Toyako Wagyu is a Kuroge Wagyu brand produced exclusively within the JA Toyako region, from breeding to fattening. With an annual shipment of around 250 head, it is considered a rare delicacy. Meeting Japan Meat Grading Association standards with a BMS of 5 or higher, Toyako Wagyu features high oleic acid content, ensuring a melt-in-the-mouth experience.
