All of our cattle are raised on Rye and Bermuda grass pastures and fed a top quality corn based grain for their growth and your taste. No artificial hormones are ever given to our cattle. Pasture Raised Cattle

We care deeply for all our animals and work daily to keep them happy and healthy. All our cattle are raised in pastures with free access to grass, hay, and water. They are then kept on these pastures with daily grain portions added in. We only administer veterinarian recommended vaccinations for the health and protection of both our animals and you; all slaughter-withdrawal periods are strictly adhered to. It has been scientifically proven that stress negatively affects the flavor and quality of beef and we do all in our power to prevent this in every way!
