Kamifurano Wagyu is a Kuroge Washu raised at Hokkaido Meisho Farm in Kamifurano Town. Selected 10-month-old Hokkaido calves are raised in a vast natural environment. The beef is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, glutamic acid, and taurine, which provide a unique umami flavor when cooked and maintain its taste even when cooled. Its tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture and deep flavor appeal to a wide range of ages.
