I had the pleasure to visit KAMIMURA restaurant in Niseko (Hokkaido 🇯🇵), where I tasted a delicious Chateaubriand Wagyu from Shiretoko. 👏👏👏Together with other exquisite dishes made by Chef Yuichi Kamimura with natural ingredients from local farms specially selected by the chef himself and married with personalized wines that enhanced the experience!🙏🙏🙏

The Chef Yuichi Kamimura born in Asahikawa, Hokkaido. He returned home after studying culinary philosophy and techniques at Tetsuya's, known as the "most unreserved restaurant" in Sydney, Australia. After running a restaurant in Sapporo, he opened the French restaurant "KAMIMURA" in 2007 in Niseko. A creative French menu that uses abundant mountain seafood from the magnificent Hokkaido as a material and incorporates the essence of Japanese, Western, and Chinese with free ideas. He also won 2 tocks in "Gault Millau 2021". We continue to provide each dish with the beautiful nature of Hokkaido, which is proud of the world, and the charm of the rich ingredients of each season.
