Located in the northeastern part of Tochigi Prefecture is "Ōtawara City," a place truly deserving of the title "Land of Premium Cattle," built by the efforts of those who came before us. Among the Japanese Black Wagyu cattle raised in this city, only the most carefully selected "A5 rank meat" is granted the name "Yoichi Wagyu." This carefully chosen Wagyu, which accounts for less than 30% of the cattle shipped, can only be described as a gem of the finest quality. "Yoichi Wagyu" is raised in accordance with the Traceability Law and the Positive List System, and is subjected to radioactive cesium testing. The name "Yoichi Wagyu" embodies both "guaranteed safety" and the concentrated deliciousness of the meat.
