Our Farm
Wedekind Farms is a small family owned homestead that utilizes sustainable techniques in Carroll County, Maryland.  In 2019, we wanted to create a source of pasture raised meats to support a healthy family diet. With the mission to raise livestock with ethical and regenerative methods from start to finish and be proud of what we produce. Today our mission remains the same, but we would like to share this journey with you and your family.

OUR MEATS
We have carefully curated select breeds of pig and cattle that produce a higher quality meat. They are a tastier option as well as being a healthier choice. These meats contain monounsaturated fatty acids and all of the essential amino acids, including Omega 3. Our Highland and Wagyu cattle are grass-fed and pasture raised while our Mangalitsa pigs are given abundant space to forage and eat locally sourced organic grains.Learn more
