Urahoro Wagyu is a premium brand of Kuroge Washu (Japanese Black) cattle raised in Urahoro Town, located in the Tokachi region of Hokkaido. This Wagyu benefits from the area's pristine environment, including clean water and high-quality feed such as domestic grass and pesticide-free rice straw. Only a few farms produce Urahoro Wagyu, making it a rare delicacy. The cattle are raised stress-free, resulting in meat known for its excellent flavor and marbling. Urahoro Wagyu is graded A3 or higher and is highly sought after for its quality.
