Tōhaku Wagyu is a regional brand of Japanese Black cattle raised in the former Tōhaku Town (now Kōfu Town) in Tōhaku District, Tottori Prefecture. These cattle are carefully nurtured in the rich natural environment with Mount Daisen towering above. The cattle are raised using fattening techniques developed over many years of experience. Tōhaku Wagyu is renowned for its distinctive aroma and taste when grilled.
