Taiyo Sansan Beef, a Japanese Shorthorn breed from Iwate Prefecture, is raised under ample sunlight for the first eight months and then follows Ushichan Farm's feeding process. This results in beef rich in sunlight energy, with high-quality grass and rice straw diet, producing lean meat with low fat content.
