Wagyu

Wagyu is a Japanese breed known for producing “Kobe” beef. They possess a rare recessive trait that causes them to marble like no other animal. They routinely grade USDA Prime or above. Because of their genetics, they typically need to be fed longer than most animals to reach a desired finish. We sell them as both purebred Wagyu and crossbred with Angus base cows.
