Produced by Minori Farm, located in the serene Sera Plateau in northeastern Hiroshima Prefecture, Sera Minori Beef is raised from one month of age to 25 months, all under one roof. This integrated rearing method minimizes stress on the cattle and allows for complete traceability, ensuring consumers receive beef that is both safe and reliable.

The farm employs unique EM Technology (Effective Microorganisms) to enhance the health of the cattle, delivering beef that not only tastes great but also carries added health benefits.

EM (Effective Microorganisms) refers to a group of beneficial organic microorganisms, including photosynthetic bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, yeast, and filamentous fungi, that are advantageous to both humans and livestock.

By incorporating EM Technology into cattle rearing, the animals experience reduced stress and improved immunity, resulting in healthier, disease-resistant cattle.
