Sendai Kuroge Wagyu meets the same standards as Sendai Beef, but the key difference is that it requires a meat quality grade of 3 or higher according to the Japan Meat Grading Association. Raised in Miyagi Prefecture, this high-quality beef is known for its rich flavor and excellent marbling, cultivated over approximately three years using local rice straw and pure water.
