Satsuma Wagyu
Satsuma Wagyu is a unique brand owned by Fujimoto Livestock, which holds the trademark registration for this rare wagyu. Only designated producers are permitted to raise this exceptional breed. Among them, the Satsuma Wagyu raised at Kirishima Ranch is particularly special. Most of these cattle are born on the ranch itself, and they grow up in the warm climate of Kirishima, with the majestic Sakurajima as a backdrop. The cattle are raised in a stress-free environment, drinking the famous water known as "Meguri no Mizu" from the Satsuma Domain era.
Satsuma Wagyu is characterized by its fine marbling, silky fat, and rich, robust flavor that highlights the natural taste of the beef, making it a truly delicious experience.
