Crossbreeds of Holstein and Japanese Black Wagyu possess the robust meat quality of Holstein with the rich taste of Wagyu. The meat is leaner than traditional Japanese Black Wagyu, yet lacks the heavy fat, making it relatively affordable. With a growing consumer trend towards health consciousness and an aging population, Saroma Kuroushi has gained popularity in recent years. Currently, 70% of the beef cattle shipped from the Top Farm Group are Saroma Kuroushi.
