Sanriku Kinka Wagyu is a premium brand of Japanese Black (Kuroge Washu) cattle, raised in the coastal regions of Iwate and Miyagi Prefectures. The unique climate of the Sanriku Coast, influenced by seasonal winds, helps cultivate its rich, deep fat flavor and well-marbled lean meat. The beef is fed with a private brand feed called the "Tokusen" series. Annually, around 600 head of cattle are shipped.
