Sanda Wagyu is one of the wagyu brands that rivals the renowned "Tajima cattle," known for their high-quality fat and meat, and which serve as the foundation for Japan's three most famous wagyu: "Kobe Beef," "Matsusaka Beef," and "Omi Beef (Yonezawa Beef)." Sanda Wagyu was developed with the desire to distribute high-quality beef at a reasonable price without compromising the quality of premium beef like "Kobe Beef" and "Tajima Cattle," which are traded at extremely high prices. Kobe Beef, considered the pinnacle of Japanese branded beef, is a brand given only to the highest quality cattle among "Tajima Cattle," which have maintained their pure bloodline as Kuroge Washu (Japanese Black) from Hyogo Prefecture over many years. However, its occurrence rate is extremely low, and stable distribution is difficult to achieve.
