Saisai Wagyu and Saisai Beef are produced by members of the 21st Century Beef Research Association, which includes farmers from Saitama and Gunma Prefectures, along with our company. The name “Saisai” was chosen to align with Saitama Prefecture’s “Sai-no-Kuni Project,” symbolizing bright and abundant dining experiences.

1. Charcoal-Enriched Feed for Health Promotion:

To enhance cattle health, more than 1% feed-grade charcoal is added to the feed for over a year, starting from the introduction of calves. This charcoal is rich in natural organic compounds, minerals, and germanium, which:

• Promote cattle growth.

• Strengthen disease resistance.

• Supplement essential nutrients.

2. Meat Characteristics:

• No distinct gamey odor.

• Low cholesterol levels.

• Sweetness in the fat.

• Minimal meat drip (liquid loss), ensuring freshness and extended shelf life.

3. Commitment to Safety and Quality:

Producers work closely with veterinarians and participate in the Farm Management Veterinarian Association’s third-party certification program. This ensures safe and reliable beef for consumers.
