Rose Beef is a brand of Japanese Black Wagyu raised at "Ushi no Nakayama" in Kanoya City, Kagoshima.

Kanoya City is famous for its vibrant rose gardens, blooming with colorful roses on expansive lands. The name "Rose Beef" was inspired by the city's official flower, the rose.

The meat is known for its beautiful balance of red lean meat, reminiscent of a red rose, and soft marbling, similar to a white rose. Not only does the meat boast a beautiful appearance, but it also has a faint rose-like aroma that soothes and delights the senses.

Rose Beef primarily consists of female cattle, which are known to have softer muscles and fats that melt easily compared to male cattle. This results in a rich, sweet fat that melts in your mouth, offering a uniquely enjoyable eating experience.
