We are a disabled veteran-owned and operated family farm striving to provide the community with exceptional Fullblood & Purebred Wagyu beef utilizing the work ethic, morals, and values Jason garnered throughout his military career.
Welcome to Park Wagyu Cattle! We are a 100% disabled veteran-owned and operated family farm providing exceptional quality Fullblood and Purebred Wagyu beef. We pride ourselves on providing an extremely low-stress life for our cattle in addition to no antibiotics and no hormones. Our cattle are long fed over 600 days (not gorged on grain) with a custom hay and grain mixture that changes with their age in a relaxing environment before going to a USDA processing facility. We spent years building and taste-testing our genetics before we felt confident in providing our beef to the community.
Ethical & Humane Practices
Park Wagyu Cattle prides itself on its ethical and humane farming practices. We focus on providing our cattle with a low-stress life. This begins with fence line weaning at 6 months old or later. This allows for minimal stress on both mothers and calves because they are able to see and be near each other during the process. Also, by waiting until 6 months of age, most are beginning to wean their calves naturally. Another way to provide a low-stress life is minimal chute work and continual interaction with us. Our children walk the pastures with us daily to check on them and give scratches and pets to any cow that wants them.
