Ozaki Beef is a Wagyu brand raised by Munemasa Ozaki, who utilized his experience in cattle farming in the U.S. to develop a unique breeding method in Japan. Starting with about 100 cattle, the farm now manages 1,000 head, ensuring high-quality beef that he and his family would eat. Ozaki Beef is known for its light, non-greasy fat and mild flavor, even when used in shabu-shabu. It aims to be delicious enough to enjoy daily without becoming overpowering.
