Carefully Raised, High-Quality Beef Ota Beef is a branded beef raised in the Tajima region of Hyogo Prefecture, known as one of Japan's top Wagyu-producing areas. It is meticulously raised by Ota Ranch (Ōta Bokujō), one of the leading producers in Hyogo Prefecture, under its own brand. The number of cattle produced is very limited, with only one head of cattle shipped to the Kanto region each week, making it a rare and sought-after beef. Ota Beef is raised in the stress-free environment of lush, rolling hills, and is highly regarded for its excellent balance of lean meat and flavorful fat.
