Since starting our farm in 1973, we have never changed the feed for our cattle.
Rather than focusing on our convenience by creating excessive marbling or quickly fattening the cattle, we take the time to develop their bones, muscles, and overall strength according to their natural growth.
It is through this unwavering technique and dedication that we produce Japanese Black Wagyu with the authentic, rich flavor that wagyu is known for.
