The CATTLE
We are proud to offer a product that is the result of our passion and dedication to creating something truly exceptional. Our approach incorporates three main components.
Genetics
Our breeding program is designed to create a unique and exceptional product that combines the best traits of two distinct breeds of cattle. We have carefully selected the American Angus, a breed known for its hardiness and ability to thrive in harsh winter conditions, and paired it with the highly coveted Wagyu breed from Japan, which is renowned for its unmatched marbling and exquisite flavor.
Nutrition
At our farm, we take a holistic approach to raising cattle that focuses on providing the best possible nutrition, care, and living conditions for our animals. We believe that this approach not only results in a superior product but also contributes to a more sustainable and ethical way of farming. During the summer months, our cattle are raised on lush, green pastures that provide the ideal balance of nutrients they need to thrive. When winter arrives, we transition our cattle to a diet of high-quality hay that has been cut from here on the farm. As our cattle approach maturity, we introduce corn into their diet, which serves to enhance the marbling and flavor of the meat.
Age
Speaking of maturity, we do not rush mother nature. We never put profits before our fundamental values. We raise our cattle the way they were intended. No steroids. No antibiotics. We let them reach finishing maturity on their schedule, not ours.
