What Makes Noto Beef Delicious
Noto Beef is carefully raised in the beautiful natural environment and simple climate of Ishikawa, which was designated as a Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System (GIAHS) in June 2011. It is known for its finely marbled texture and high-quality fat, giving it a melt-in-your-mouth sensation. The tenderness and smooth texture of the beef are significantly influenced by the oleic acid content in the fat, and the higher the content, the more melt-in-your-mouth the beef becomes.
At the 9th National Wagyu Ability Expo, often called the "Wagyu Olympics," Noto Beef was recognized for having the highest oleic acid content and received a special award, the "Fat Quality Award."
