The bloodline of "Nanshu Kuro-ushi" originates from "Tajima Beef," renowned as the parent breed of world-famous premium beef brands such as Kobe Beef and Matsusaka Beef. Tajima cattle are distinguished by their excellent marbling, meat color, fine texture, and firmness. They also have a well-balanced body structure, resulting in a high meat yield. While their coat is black, the tips of the hair have a brownish tint, giving the cattle a dark brown appearance.
