In the natural environment overlooking Mount Hakkoda in Aomori Prefecture, we utilize “delicious water,” “clean air,” “hygienic management,” and “original feed.” To produce delicious beef, we provide our cattle with the “Kaneko Farm Original Blended Feed.” The roughage primarily consists of high-quality, locally sourced rice straw from Aomori Prefecture. The feed includes a blend of concentrates (such as corn and soybeans) and roughage (including rice straw, dent corn, and grass).
Rice Straw: The straw portion remaining after rice harvest.
Dent Corn: Corn specifically cultivated for cattle feed.
This beef has the unique flavor and marbling characteristic of Wagyu, offering a melt-in-the-mouth texture, ideal for sukiyaki. We are dedicated to continuously improving quality. At our farm’s restaurant, NARABI, Wagyu is served as steak.
