The carcasses of cattle raised on Nakayama Farm’s direct-operated farm and by cooperative farmers, fed with unique feed for over 8 months (excluding breeding cows).  Nakayama beef's feed contains over 60% corn and flaxseed-derived ingredients. This results in beef that melts easily and has a sweet flavor.  Nakayama beef is managed under an integrated system from production to sales, including genetic management, hygiene control, and production history disclosure, ensuring safe, high-quality products for customers.
