Murasawa Beef, often referred to as the "phantom wagyu," is a product of the meticulous breeding methods and rich natural environment of Murazawa Ranch in Nagano. Only the finest female cattle, with their lineage traced back three generations, are carefully selected and purchased.
While the average fattening period is typically 19 to 20 months, Murasawa Beef is raised over an extended period of 22 to 24 months. Each cow is given individualized attention daily, ensuring they are raised with care and precision.
