Black Wagyu cattle. We have now become a nearly 100% fullblood Japanese Wagyu herd. We still have 1 American cow left (first one over born on the property on New Year’s) and a few Wagyu influenced cattle that we use as embryo recipients, but other than that we have transitioned to a registered Wagyu herd.
