Mizuho Beef is a branded beef raised entirely within the Mizuho Farm, from birth to shipment. It was trademarked in 2003, promising safety, security, and deliciousness. Feature 1: Incorporates rice into the feed to enhance flavor and improve safety. Feature 2: Consistent management from breed selection to shipment. Feature 3: Custom-designed feed specifically formulated to maximize the meat’s flavor. Mizuho Beef received the top prize in the crossbred category at the National Meat Cattle Carcass Competition in 2006 and 2015. It has been selected as a return gift for Hitachiomiya City’s hometown tax donation program in Ibaraki Prefecture. Additionally, it is certified as a “Hitachiomiya-san” recognized specialty product by the same city.
