Matsunaga Beef, raised by Matsunaga Farm in Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture, is a premium brand of black-haired Wagyu and crossbred cattle. Born and raised in the natural environment of Shimane, these cattle are fed a diet including soybeans, okara, and moromi, which are essential for enhancing the beef's umami. Known for its excellent meat quality, color, and tender texture, Matsunaga Beef has won prestigious awards at the national beef competitions in 2015 and 2020.
