Masuda Wagyu consists only of female Black Wagyu cattle that have been carefully raised for over 32 months, which is longer than the typical Black Wagyu. They are fed high-quality mixed feed, including rice straw and barley. The fat has a low melting point, making it light and easy to digest, leaving no heavy feeling after eating.
