Produced in Misato Town, Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture. Masuda Wagyu consists only of female Black Wagyu cattle that have been carefully raised for over 32 months, which is longer than the typical Black Wagyu. They are fed high-quality mixed feed, including rice straw and barley. The fat has a low melting point, making it light and easy to digest, leaving no heavy feeling after eating.
