The farms raising Hirai Beef are all located in regions blessed with natural spring water. The cattle at the farm in Nantan City are raised on natural groundwater drawn from a depth of 150 meters. Up to 14 months of age, the cattle are fed roughage to develop their digestive systems for herbivorous feeding. After that, rice straw and a carefully formulated concentrate feed are given according to their growth stages, ensuring they develop healthy, robust bodies from the inside out.
