The cattle are classified as F1 to F3 and are grain-fed for 400 days, enhancing their flavor and texture. They are slaughtered at an age of 28 to 30 months, with carcass weights ranging from 400kg to 450kg. The beef achieves a marbling score of 3 to 9+, ensuring a juicy and succulent eating experience. Additionally, this Wagyu Cross beef is HGP-free, meaning no hormonal growth promotants are used.
