Iki Beef is a Kuroge Washu Wagyu bred in Iki City, Nagasaki Prefecture, and raised with great care in the island's natural environment. Iki cattle have a history dating back to the Kamakura period and are popular nationwide. About 1,000 head of cattle are shipped annually, with distribution expanding to Fukuoka, Osaka, and Tokyo. Iki Beef is highly valued for its quality and flavor, gaining popularity both domestically and internationally.
