Hokusou Wagyu is a rare Black Wagyu breed carefully raised by a few producers in the "Hokusou region" in the northern part of Chiba Prefecture.
It is often said that "the flavor of the meat is determined by the feed," and our cooperative is particular about adding Chiba's specialty peanuts and pineapple pulp to the feed.
This results in beef with a pleasant aroma, melt-in-your-mouth fat, and flavorful red meat.
The meat is perfect for dishes such as sukiyaki, as well as for yakiniku and steaks.
