What is Japan Herb Beef?

In today's world, where food safety is a major concern, our association ensures the production of safe and reliable beef by feeding cattle with herb-infused feed. The various benefits of herbs, such as enhanced immunity, help the cattle grow healthily. This method enables the production of beef that is both safe and nutritious.

We practice circular agriculture, where rice straw fed to the cattle is harvested from local rice fields and member farms, and the manure from the cattle is returned to the rice fields as fertilizer. In addition to safety, we also focus on animal welfare, creating an environment that is comfortable for the cattle. This approach not only gains support from consumers concerned with animal welfare but also results in higher-quality beef. By adopting management practices that prioritize the comfort and well-being of the cattle, we ensure the production of premium-grade beef.

To meet the diverse needs of our customers, we produce various branded beef types, such as Japanese Black, crossbreeds, Japanese Brown, and Japanese Shorthorn, by making the most of the characteristics of each breed.
