Hayachine Wagyu is raised at the foot of Mount Hayachine, the highest peak in the Kitakami Highlands in eastern Iwate Prefecture. This black Wagyu breed, nurtured by the clear meltwater and vast natural surroundings, is known for its high-quality meat, characterized by tenderness and a perfect balance of fat and lean. With an annual shipment of about 650 head, it offers a unique flavor born from a pristine environment.
