Hayachine Beef, produced by Ushichan Farm, is nurtured under the pristine environment of Mount Hayachine in Iwate Prefecture. This black Wagyu breed enjoys the fresh water and clear air of the region, resulting in beef with a rich texture and deep flavor. The annual production is around 650 head.
