This is Hanahime Ushi, a brand of Japanese Black Wagyu raised on this group's farm.

These cows are the mothers of Kurohana Wagyu, the farm's main brand of premium Japanese Black Wagyu.

The name Hanahime Ushi is given to female cows after they have given birth to Kurohana Wagyu calves, which are known for their exceptional tenderness and deliciousness.

While it is common for the meat of cows to become tougher and lose flavor after giving birth, these cows have been lovingly cared for over a long period, resulting in meat that is even more delicious.

These female cows, raised with careful attention to their bloodlines and daily health management, are selected to produce premium wagyu calves.

For six months after giving birth, they are fed a specially formulated feed and go through a re-fattening process.

Through this careful process, lean meat with a firm texture is produced.

Hanahime Ushi is known for its light, refreshing flavor that can be enjoyed in larger quantities, while maintaining high-quality meat texture.
