Feature 1
Locally Born and Raised in Hamanaka Town
Hamanaka Black Beef is a fully integrated product of Hamanaka Town, where the cool climate is ideal for dairy farming, earning it the nickname “Dairy Kingdom Hamanaka.” This crossbred beef, born from Wagyu and Holstein (dairy) cattle within the town, is carefully raised over 17–18 months at the Hokkaido Hamanaka Beef Ranch by dedicated employees of the Starzen Group.
Feature 2
Traceable from Birth
Due to its fully integrated production in Hamanaka Town, Hamanaka Black Beef is one of the rare crossbreeds in Japan that can be traced from birth, allowing consumers to see the face of the producer behind their beef.
