Hakodate Onuma Black Beef is a crossbreed of Holstein and Japanese Black Wagyu, offering a rich flavor profile similar to marbled Wagyu. The cattle are raised on safe, nutrient-rich feed, including homegrown grass and dent corn, ensuring high-quality and flavorful beef.

Cattle raised in this environment produce beef with rich, flavorful lean meat and a sweetness to the fat. Each cut can be enjoyed in a variety of dishes—whether steak, shabu-shabu, or stew.
