Fujiyama Wagyu The unique sweetness, richness, and abundant aroma that can only be found in Fujiyama Wagyu. The Secret to its Deliciousness Fujiyama Wagyu is a Japanese Black breed raised exclusively at Watanabe Livestock (Watanabe Farm) in Nagaizumi Town, Shizuoka Prefecture. Calves are carefully selected and purchased directly from places such as the Goto Islands in Kyushu, where their pedigree is strictly examined. The farm is located in a region with a mild climate and minimal temperature variation, reducing stress on the cattle and allowing them to be fattened in an ideal environment for more than 20 months. Commitment to Purity Fujiyama Wagyu is a purebred Japanese Wagyu raised at the foot of Mt. Fuji, in an area blessed with rich natural surroundings. The cattle are fed a specially researched diet and raised with the pure spring water of Mt. Fuji, maintaining the purity of their bloodline. The distinctive delicious aroma of this Japanese Black breed is known as "Wagyu-ka" (Wagyu fragrance).
