Our Wagyu Beef is corn feed. American Wagyu beef is the result of cross-breeding Japanese Wagyu with high-quality continental breeds of cattle. American Wagyu beef is prized because of its intense marbling and high percentage of oleaginous, intramuscular unsaturated fat.

All cattle at Eckenfels Farms, our hand-selected herd is South poll, they have unlimited access to clean, fresh well water in every pasture and unlimited amounts of sunshine, fresh air, and space to roam. We never use routine antibiotics, hormones (such as estrogen or steroids), or unnatural growth stimulants during the life cycle of our cattle.
