Chocolate Fed!

Wagyu, like wines, carry a terroir from their feed forward to the beef they produce, chocolate brings this to a new depth! The premium cuts can be found under the "Chocoate Fed Collection" below while the less expensive cuts share product pages with our classic grain finished items.

Exciting News

Premium Chocolate Fed Fullblood Japanese Wagyu raised on our CT farm available for purchase. Our next harvests are scheduled for April 2025.

The customers of Liv's Oyster Bar in Old Saybrook, CT enjoyed our wagyu cross ground beef so much that we are sold out and the team decided to upgrade to our Fullblood Ground Beef, to keep serving quality local wagyu.

Our Wagyu HerdAs of Summer 2024 our Wagyu herd consists of eighteen Fullblood 100% Wagyu and three percentage Wagyu. The percentage wagyu are being used as embryo recipients to help grow the size of our Fullblood Wagyu herd.
