The ECRC began as a 3,760-acre ranch in 1952. After CSU purchased the ranch, we have built it into a research facility boasting over 35 fenced pastures of native and seeded rangeland. We have enclosed working facilities including bunk space, chutes and scales and 22 feedlot pens for managing livestock research.
