Ready for market Wagyu American Kobe Style beef. Between 28-34 months age to maximize marbeling,  each available animals has been grass fed and grain finished to maximize the exceptional marbeling Wagyu beef is known for. Humanely raised on a small family farm this beef is hormone and antibiotic free. With its internal marbeling, Wagyu beef has a almost buttery flavor and is healthier than regular beef with higher Omega 3 and 6 fats. The unique taste, juiciness, and health benefits are why wagyu is often featured in high end restaurant around the country. This premium beef makes exceptional brisket, steaks, and burgers!

Price is based on carcass weight and does not include processing. Processing appointment for early November at a USDA inspected processor. Will sell as quarter, half, or full carcass, and you can choose what cuts you want produced. Please message for more details.

Price is $8/lb for quarter or half animal. Will be selling individual cuts at retail price for any portion of animal that has not been reserved prior to the processing date, so feel free to check back with us on availability late November if you are looking for a particular cut. We can do custom retail bundles as well for an additional savings.

Carcass weight generally between 550-650 lbs.
